Summer may be almost over, but I'm still craving this season's juiciest fruit. Watermelon is basically a health elixir, containing vitamin B5 and C, potassium, magnesium, antioxidants, and minerals. It's also cleansing, alkalizing, easily digestible, and all around refreshing. It's super easy to take advantage of watermelon's benefits with fresh juice. No judgement if you drink it by the boatload.

Preserve any remaining watermelon juice in a mason jar (or similar airtight container) and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
